Range Rules
It is a requirement that the Phuket Shooters Association and the Phuket Shooters Shooting Range keep a record of all users of the shooting range for the Thailand Police, government officials and associated organizations. In addition, you are required to carefully read and acknowledge the following:

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us, whilst at the shooting range you must listen to and follow the instructions of staff at all times. A failure to do so or any action that staff may consider unsafe may result in the termination of your shooting session and your being asked to leave the premises.

All users must provide the staff with an acceptable form of photographic identification, for example your passport or driver’s licence.

Thai law prohibits the use or handling of firearms by persons under 20 years of age on these premises.

The use of any alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden, additionally the use of any prescribed medication that may cause drowsiness or have any other effect on decision making or your ability to safely handle firearms is not permitted. Any person deemed under the influence of these will be asked to leave the premises.

Every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure that the shooting range is a safe environment. However, the Phuket Shooters Association and Phuket Shooters Shooting Range will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any damage to property, personal injury or loss of life caused by any third party or arising from a failure by any person to follow the instructions of staff whilst using the facility.

In the event of any claim ever arising against the Phuket Shooters Association or the Phuket Shooters Shooting Range for any damage to property, injury or loss of life, you acknowledge that this will be dealt with under Thai law and dealt with within the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Thailand.
